This page covers the legal information for elisapeteiro.com, my introduction page. My two websites (event stationery and design for photographers) each have their own legal texts as well.
In line with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), here are my details:
This is an introduction page. Nothing is sold on it, it has no forms or user accounts, and its only purpose is to present my work and point you to my two websites:
Each of those two websites has its own legal texts and, where applicable, its own terms of engagement and design license terms. When you visit them, those texts apply, not the ones on this page.
For the event stationery site, for example, see its legal notice and its terms and conditions.
The designs, images, texts, logo and brand on this page belong to Elisa Peteiro, unless stated otherwise. They may not be copied, reproduced or used without my written permission.
Some of the event staging images were created with artificial intelligence tools, as examples. They do not show real events.
This page links to WhatsApp and to my other two websites. I do not control the content or policies of services that are not mine, and I am not responsible for them.
I do my best to keep the information on this page correct and up to date, but I cannot guarantee that there are no errors or interruptions, and I may change or remove content when needed.
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts that are competent under the applicable law.
A short version, because this website hardly handles any data. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spain’s Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). This applies to you wherever you are visiting from, including the United States.

This website has no forms and does not collect data directly. I only receive the information you choose to send me when you write by email or WhatsApp (for example, your name, email or phone number, and whatever you say in your message).
I use it only to answer your inquiry. The legal basis is your own request and your consent when you contact me (GDPR article 6.1.a and 6.1.b).
For as long as it takes to handle your inquiry and, if it does not turn into a project, for 12 months at most. If you hire me, the privacy policy of the relevant website applies to that data.
I do not share your data with third parties unless the law requires it. To be able to reply, the services you choose to contact me through (your email and WhatsApp) and my email provider are involved. The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data (such as the IP address) to deliver the page and keep it secure.
You can ask me for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to object to its use, to restrict it, to receive a copy of it, or to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to me at art@elisapeteiro.com and tell me what you would like to do.
If you believe I have not handled your rights properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
This website does not use first-party or third-party cookies: no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. That is why you will not see a cookie notice.
The fonts are stored on the website itself and are not loaded from Google, so your IP address is not sent to Google either.
The links to WhatsApp and to my other two websites take you to external sites, which are governed by their own privacy and cookie policies.
